The Big John Hewitt Foundation was founded to raise money to help his daughter and also make donations to other charitable foundations in Big John’s name. Big John was always helping people out and by starting this Foundation, we can continue helping others in his name. “BIG” John Hewitt was born on October 9th 1966 in the Town of Glossob Derbyshire England, about 15 miles east of Manchester. His father moved his family to Bristol, Rhode Island in March of 1973 and eventually settled in Barrington, RI where Big John went to Barrington Christian Academy High school; a private school were he graduated as the only boy of 11 students. As he got older he got heavily involved in a racket ball club in Seekonk, MA. As he grew older he became a giant of a man at 6′ 7′ and took a job at Club Fantasies as a bouncer and ended up staying for over 30 years and running daily operations as the manager. Big John always talked to everyone, was always interested in what people did and he loved playing jokes on his friends. In May of 2019 Big John Hewitt passed away, unexpectedly.
